    Learn about the career that fits your interest, test your digital skills, learn your education strengths and weaknesses, practice resume writing, interactive journaling, and do mock interviews.

  • Rise

    Learn about personal branding, career pathways, educational pathways, financial/credit education, improving independence and being self-sufficient, interactive journaling, and more.

  • Customer Service

    The Customer Service class focuses on helping students develop essential sales and service skills, understanding the customer life cycle, developing effective strategies to engage customers, assessing customer needs, and more.

  • Adult Education (GED)

  • Credit Building Workshop

    Last Wednesday of the month
    (3 - 4:30 p.m.)

    Two-part training utilizing Credit Builders Alliance toolkit. Learn credit basics, how to understand credit report and scores, how to build strong credit, deal with debt, and make credit building count. Must complete RISE to be eligible for this opportunity.

  • Peer Support

    Fridays
    (bi-weekly, 2:30 p.m.)
    Nia Center, 2900 W Broadway

    Peer Recovery Coaches will walk side by side with clients seeking recovery from substance use disorders or other traumatic lived experiences. Create your own recovery plan and develop your own recovery pathways.

  • Love Notes

    Monday - Thursday
    (9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)

    Love Notes is an evidence-based program focusing on better choices, better relationship skills for love, life, and work. The program is based on research and emphasizes the importance of communication, problem-solving, and empathy.

  • Professional Development

    Monday - Friday
    (once per month, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.)

    Enhancing skills through leadership and professional development. Learn about internship and job shadowing opportunities, elevator speech, self-advocacy, timesheet training, reenforcement of learning from other workshops.

  • Individual Therapy

    Schedule via IT Front Desk or ask you Career Coach
    Available at one of our locations or remotely

    Individual counseling allows you to work one-on-one with a trained mental health therapist in a confidential environment. You can discuss such issues as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or family issues.

  • Consultation

    Available at one of our locations or remotely

    Working with a mental health therapist to provide additional information on therapeutic services, scheduling, and wrap-around services.
